Project design orientations:

Minimal Interference to Existing Space Using On-Site Material Using In-Ground Trees Off-Grid Operation Waste Control Self-contained Organism Local Flora Cyclic Living Systems Passive Energy Balancing Local Manufacturer

The targeted user seeks meaning and value. Physical beings can only support this. It appreciates what is beneficial to the world, society, and the local, serving a higher purpose. It wants to make deep connections.

Creating a strong sense of community with strong values and acting according to these values stands out as the best method of carrying the purpose. Luxury consumers continue to be more environmentally and socially conscious, so becoming more diverse, more inclusive, more sustainable and ethical will not be negotiable.

Luxury has been dating sustainability for years. However, the growing environmental, social and governance concerns, high consumption economy will subject sustainability efforts to more intensive scrutiny, strengthening the need to become more reliable and more transparent about its processes and products.

The ability and willingness to adapt to sustainability has been visibly legitimized, and its impact is now increasing exponentially in terms of influencing the orientation of a large and powerful audience.

Block Houses:

In the relatively less inclined area of the land, it opens to the view in 2 directions with wide rifts. The density of the soil material emphasizes these tears. Half of the hall is closed, half is open. The high ceilinged saloon is highlighted by strong walls. The pool starts at the bottom of the shaded outdoor lounge, watching the romantic lake view.
