In addition to being an urban planning project that will accommodate many large-scale energy companies, it attracts many large companies as a prestigious management center. Promer wants to take its place in Qatar as one of the important Turkish construction companies operating in Doha. The building, which will serve as the headquarters of the company, primarily needs a design approach that will minimize solar control and heat loss gains due to the climate of the region. Especially the façade contains an intense solar control system. All spaces benefit from the atrium to be used as a source of air and light when needed. We planned to make use of this gap to provide natural ventilation with wide openings that would require seasonal needs. The rounding of the corners refers to the rounded form of urban planning, but given that the most heat loss gain is from sharp corners, we used it as a topological feature to prevent the ingress of heat for this example. With the terraces formed by the sliding of the floors on each other, areas that can benefit from open air in appropriate seasons were obtained.
