Luxury has been dating sustainability for years. However, the growing environmental, social and governance concerns, high consumption economy will subject sustainability efforts to more intensive scrutiny, strengthening the need to become more reliable and more transparent about its processes and products.

The ability and willingness to adapt to sustainability has been visibly legitimized, and its impact is now increasing exponentially in terms of influencing the orientation of a large and powerful audience.

Block Houses:

In the relatively less inclined area of the land, it opens to the view in 2 directions with wide rifts.
The density of the soil material emphasizes these tears. Half of the hall is closed, half is open.
The high ceilinged saloon is highlighted by strong walls. The pool starts at the bottom of the shaded outdoor lounge, watching the romantic lake view.

3 blocks form the base of the residential area of the land. The other houses lighten up and hold on up.

Terrace Houses:

While the lower filled base of the terrace houses holding the western wing of the land provides sheltered space for the bedrooms, it comes out firmly from the earth. The glass box that comes on it dominates the whole land and the view. The pool moves to this floor. Various wall pieces both provide shade and emphasize the sculptural silhouette.

Courtyard Houses:

Functions are distributed into fragmented masses. Courtyard joins / separates the masses. For this reason, every point of the courtyard offers a different perspective. The main masses consist of glass boxes. Wooden shutters both close and open.
The living room mass works together with the master bedroom as a single unit. 3 guest bedrooms form a separate unit. It is connected to the upper level of the courtyard with its own shaded terrace.
The loft unit connected to the lower elevation of the courtyard offers a workshop, office or another living space.

Flying Houses:

Flying Houses, which is located on a very steep area on the slope barrier of the land, breaks off from the ground with bridged entrances and 2 masses floating on the pilots. The very lightweight structure remains suspended in the air.

Living room and bedrooms are located in separate branches. These arms converge at the entrance and open towards the view. The pool terrace is located entirely at the lower level.
