On the Black Sea coast of the European side of Istanbul, in the triangle of Zekeriyaköy-Uskumruköy-Demirciköy, which are the old Istanbul villages, which are an out-of-town low-density residential area, generally in the form of detached or row houses with gardens for the upper-middle socio-economic class, residential areas spread over the topography consisting of ridge and valleys.
