It has been restored for long-term touristic rental. Since the building was previously used as the electrical manufacturers’ warehouse, all interior lining was removed and severely beaten. It has been put into use with as little intervention as possible, a simple, clear interior arrangement and a façade that has been cleaned in accordance with the original and repaired and maintained as necessary.

Derive: The apartment doors of the current building were no longer functional. They started their new life as a headboard by being painted.

Simplification: It was a good start to respectfully own what the historical building has brought and to get rid of the excesses. All interventions were made only to the extent that they were justified by technical / sanitary / functional needs required.
