The plot is located near the Antalya Airport, that has a great mix of residents, tourists’ transportation route and public infrastructure. The project includes multiple functional hotel building with commercial, health care, hospitality areas, and three sculptural strong individual towers forming a significant highrise ensemble for living spaces.

The hotel building places great emphasis on creating a welcoming ambiance for guests, renovating and revitalizing the environment, establishing a strong Identity and providing new public spaces.

There are reception, commercial areas with different uses including clinics, brasserie, shops and offices. The areas reserved for commercial use have their own entrances from the façade.

The two-story high reception flows towards the hotel pool that located in the basement courtyard, through the transparent façade, with the gardens surrounding the building. Above the reception gallery are floor gardens that situating at each floors to allow a pleasant getaway space for the guests. Viewing from entrance facade, the strips of these floor gardens become a green ribbon, enriching the facade by layering. On the normal room floors, terraces with movable perforated panels in each hotel room, provides a rhythmic texture effect for facade.

On the facades of the three towers, metal perforated panels are while providing privacy and sun control, they’re shifting aesthetic and play of light and shadow at different times of the day, provide a modern touch to the typical facades located around the neighborhood. This facade attempts to redefine the idea of a “high wall” by appearing to hover weightlessly.

The individual towers behind hotel building, are connected by the outdoor spaces, like the public pool, community terraces and the garden, on the ground floor, that offers space for diverse leisure activities, promote encounters and communication among residents. And also they are connected by the parking area on the basement floor.

On the ground floors there are two atmospheric dublex loft plan variations with different areas, based on each apartment’s orientation to sun and light, that provides their own garden usage.

Terraces with private pools are wrapped around the apartments, creating an interesting, exceptional house athmosphere. As a measure of privacy, sun control and air conditioning, movable metal mesh blinds are wrapped around the terraces, like the rest of the façade. Users will be pleased with the unique views of the terraces and the perforated exterior facade.

The penthouse suites are more expansive, with private rooftop terraces enjoying the cityscape as their backdrop.
