This building, which is a typical example of a multi-storey masonry building built in 1885, located in one of the side streets connected to Cihangir behind Beyoğlu, was restored as a hotel after its purchase, with the principle of minimum intervention, service and security such as elevators and fire escapes It emerged as a product of our decision to create the interior space with raw materials by taking the precautions and adopting a luxurious-bohemian language to convey the general atmosphere of the region.
